What Do I Need To Train?
At the Initiate level (starting level), there is no expectation to have any specialised equipment.
Students train in tracksuit bottoms and a t shirt (preferably white).
Club T-Shirts are available through the link to the shop below and there are different options available dependant on your Level.
At Intermediate levels and higher, there will be an expectation that students purchase sparring hand mitts and foot pads to ensure safety within practical application of the techniques learned in fundamentals training.
This can be discussed further with your class instructor.
